VICKIE GOETZE-ACKERMAN
There are so many great drills to do indoors that I use for myself.
A few ideas:
- Use a sklz or other putting mat to work on alignment and stroke. The lines already on the “green” are key.
- Take an old club and cut it down so you can take swings in your house and not have to worry about hitting anything. It’s also a great club to travel with and fit in your suitcase
- If you need to work on a grip change, put a grip reminder on a club and put it by your couch. While you are watching TV, just keep holding the grip to get used to the feel.
- Get the anti-flip stick to put on the end of your club to work on your chipping.
- Stand in doorframe and work on takeaway and follow-through. Left arm parallel to wall going back and right arm parallel to wall going through.
