JONES GOLF UTILITY TROUPER BAG
The latest addition to the Jones Golf’s popular Utility Series line of bags and accessories is inspired by the Pacific Northwest. The Utility Trouper is an update of the Utility Stand bag based on customer feedback since the bag was introduced in 2016. “Our Utility Stand bag has been tremendously popular since its launch,” said Chris Carnahan, partner and creative director at Jones. “Over the past two years we’ve asked customers what they love about it and what they thought could make it a better golf bag. We took that valuable feedback, incorporated it and are proud to introduce the new Utility Trouper.”
The bag’s rugged styling, extra lumbar cushion and dual strap option helps golfers walk comfortably across a variety of terrains. The backpack inspired pocket offers easy access to essentials while the drawstring closure with magnetic clasp keeps a range finder, wallet and phone at the ready. The larger 5-way top provides ample room for up to 14 clubs while a new easy-grab handle and updated stand function make for easier handling and lifting.
Weighing only 5 pounds, the lightweight bag is made of water resistant nylon and includes eight pockets, providing such conveniences as a large belly pocket for extra clothing, an insulated beverage pocket with two-can capacity, and a mesh sleeve ideal for tossing in a Bluetooth speaker. Additional features include Jones’ signature twisted handle and molded bottom.
