NIKE DENIM GOLF SHOES
Nike is one wily golf shoe company in terms of marketing, and now they’ve found a cool new way to parlay the U.S. Open at Pebble Beach into a footwear line that also should appeal to dads, and anyone, for whom denim is their main fabric of choice. Nike’s new No Denim Allowed line features six styles of golf shoes with denim uppers in various configurations.
Of the six models, the Roshe G Tour is currently available, with the Jordan XI to follow on June 14. Also, Dick’s Sporting Goods will start carrying the entire collection on June 13.
Want the full denim look? The Roshe G Tour NRG is the way to go. The outsole and insole feature a bright floral design with “No Denim Allowed” inscribed on the heel of the insole, while a graphic denoting Pebble Beach’s 100-year anniversary graces the shoe’s heel.
